An average conventional concrete parking structure can take anywhere from 18 to 24 months (and sometimes even longer) to build. So with this in mind, we are going to use a full two year plan that starts in March 2019.
March 2019: Create the perimeter and lay out construction materials and equipment
May 2019: Start the foundation process and the outline of the facility
August 2019: Both underground levels and above ground levels should be established
November 2019: Electric and other amenities are installed/built in
January: Hire staff and maintenance crews for maximum customer satisfaction
March 2019: GRAND OPENING
