Executive Plan

Growing up, while my parents both, worked. My grandparents took care of me. My grandparents lived in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn. Ever since I could remember, there was no parking by the house, shops or other side streets. It was better off taking car service instead of walking multiple blocks to pick up simple items. My family members and I have got parking violations tickets because of double parking. Let’s be real, who’s going to park three blocks down to get fish, meat or bread. The alternate side parking on certain days does not help the people of Brooklyn at all.

How is your business plan viable? How will it sustain?

My plan is viable because it is going to benefit everyone who comes to the area. If there is space to park cars, people will come to businesses and other shops.

What is the problem you are trying to address?

I am addressing the parking situation that everyone in the community complains about. Even people who don’t live the community, complain that there is no space and hinders the visits to Brooklyn.

What component of your business plan will solve this issue?

The component of my business plan will be the 3 floor parking space on 13 Avenue. With three floors, this should alleviate parking congestion and make the flow of traffic better.
